This page provides guidance on common issues you may encounter when setting up and managing your account, sandbox, and Developer Application in the SPA Developer Portal.
Sandbox provisioning may fail silently if there is a configuration issue on the backend. If your sandbox request does not complete within a few minutes, contact support with your Developer Application ID. Do not retry the creation — this may lead to duplicate sandboxes.
Developer Application names must be unique within the system. If you receive a rejection on creation, choose a different name. Use a naming convention that includes your company identifier to avoid collisions.
